As a small brand we do not offer refunds - we offer a store credit that never expires!
If an item is defective or you are dissatisfied with it - please contact us at shopkatakomb@gmail.com
We work on a case by case basis and we will always refund if an item is in our error. We currently offer free exchanges for customers located in Canada and US. :)
How to return: Please email us at shopkatakomb@gmail.com before sending back any returns for an exchange or store credit.
Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges for a new style or size, or exchange for store credit with no expiry date.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Any duties a package may receive during a return will be deducted from your store credit for international orders, so please contact us so we may tell you how to label the parcel correctly.

Please label the package clearly with your name and order number.

Sale items or items purchased during seasonal sales are not eligible for exchange or credit. If you find that the item is at flaw, please contact us at shopkatakomb@gmail.com so we can assist you further.

All items being exchanged must be received at our office and checked over before credits can be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the event of a flaw in our garment, you may discuss a full refund with us.

Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of our management.

If the error is our fault, we will refund your purchase price and cover the shipping for returning the garment.
Please note:

We encourage customers to seek our advice on sizing and fit to avoid unnecessary returns.

Harsher damage cannot be accepted.

If items are returned by Canada Post due to an incorrect address, the buyer will need to pay for reshipping.
