1. What shipping options are available?

Domestic shipping


We mainly use Canada Post for domestic shipping and our shipping rates are a flat rate of $14US (aprox. $20CAD) delivery times vary between 2-7 days, depending on your distance from Toronto. We process all orders within 48 hours. For express shipping please email us directly. Tracking information will be added to your Shopify order.



International Shipping 



We ship to the United States with Canada Post. US shipping rates are a flat rate of $30US. This rate accounts for the current added costs of the trump tariffs. We estimate delivery time of 2 weeks, however we can not give any time guarantee to customs processing. If you are in a rush for your order, please contact us for express shipping options.

Some U.S. orders ship from our distribution in Nebraska. Orders shipped from there take around 3-5 business days. Shipping costs may be reduced based on where your items ship from.



Shipping outside of Canada or the US is a flat rate of $50US with Canada Post. A shipping refund will be issued if the actual shipping cost is lower than the quoted amount. For parcels under 1 pound, the estimated shipping cost is $30USD. Shipping time depends on your distance from Toronto, but will be approximately 2-3 weeks. If you can not afford this shipping charge, please email us directly for more options.



Customs Duties & Other Fees



Duties and taxes may apply on all international orders. These are charged by your country, are due on delivery, and are a variable price based on the value of the package and taxes at the point of entry. We are not responsible for duties and it needs to be taken up with your countries import brokerage.

3. What countries do you ship to?



We offer international shipping.


4. What is your return and exchange policy? 

As a small brand we do not offer refunds - we offer a store credit that never expires!
If an item is defective or you are dissatisfied with it - please contact us at shopkatakomb@gmail.com
We work on a case by case basis and we will always refund if an item is in our error. We currently offer free exchanges for customers located in Canada and US. :)

How to return: Please email us at shopkatakomb@gmail.com before sending back any returns for an exchange or store credit.

Exchange Policy:

  • We accept exchanges for a new style or size, or exchange for store credit with no expiry date.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Any duties a package may receive during a return will be deducted from your store credit for international orders, so please contact us so we may tell you how to label the parcel correctly. 

  • Please label the package clearly with your name and order number.

  • Sale items or items purchased during seasonal sales are not eligible for exchange or credit. If you find that the item is at flaw, please contact us at shopkatakomb@gmail.com so we can assist you further.

  • All items being exchanged must be received at our office and checked over before credits can be issued. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • In the event of a flaw in our garment, you may discuss a full refund with us.

  • Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of our management.

  • If the error is our fault, we will refund your purchase price and cover the shipping for returning the garment.

Please note:

  • We encourage customers to seek our advice on sizing and fit to avoid unnecessary returns.

  • Harsher damage cannot be accepted.

  • If items are returned by Canada Post due to an incorrect address, the buyer will need to pay for reshipping.

5. What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay for your order with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

6. What currencies can I pay in?

You can pay in CAD and USD.

7. How can I check my order status?

8. I have an issue with my order.

9. Do you restock sold out items?

We occasionally restock popular items based on demand. While we can't guarantee specific restock dates, we recommend checking back regularly or signing up for our newsletter to stay updated on new arrivals and restocks.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

In case of wanting to change or cancel your order, please message us directly at shopkatakomb@gmail.com.

11. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards. Message us at shopkatakomb@gmail.com to get one.

12. How do I choose the right size for me?

With every item we include size charts right under the description box. If you’re still not sure about which size to choose – we’d love to help you out! Send us a message at shopkatakomb@gmail.com


13. What fabrics do you use?

We primarily use synthetics such as Bengaline, Ponte, Jean, Suede, Mesh, and we also use Cotton. The exact fabric composition for each item is listed in the product description for reference. We work to keep our fabric selections consistent across collections to maintain sizing consistency. However, minor variations in fabric composition may occur due to differences in mill processing.
