Love the dress, had an one issue

The dress is such amazing quality and fits me well. The customer service is great too, the customer service team messaged me before shipping out my order to verify the order was correct with the sizes. The dress is BEAUTIFUL and fits me well but the zipper broke on the 2nd time wearing it. I am going to see if I can get it fixed because I love it so much. I bought this dress on sale so I cannot exchange it but I am still happy with the service and the dress despite the broken zipper.
