How to Return
Please email us at before sending back any returns for an exchange or store credit.

Exchange Policy:

* We accept exchanges for a new style or size, or exchange for store credit with no expiry date.
* Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
* We do not cover shipping costs for returning items.
* Please label the package clearly with your name and order number.
* All items should be returned in their original clear labelled bags.
* Returns should be labelled as a return to avoid duties being deducted from your refund.
* Sale items or items purchased during seasonal sales are not eligible for exchange or credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

* In the event of a flaw in our garment, you may discuss a full refund with us.
* Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of our management.
* If the error is our fault, we will refund your purchase price and cover the shipping for returning the garment.

* We encourage customers to seek our advice on sizing and fit to avoid unnecessary returns.
* A cleaning fee may be charged for items returned with dirt or pet hair.
* Harsher damage cannot be accepted.
* If items are returned by Canada Post due to an incorrect address, the buyer will need to pay for reshipping.
* A restocking fee may be implemented if the buyer chooses to cancel the order.
