 How to Return

See below for more info on returns and exchanges. Please email us before sending back any returns for an exchange/store credit.


Please label the package clearly with your name and order number, so we may promptly credit you when it arrives. All items will need to be returned in their original clear labelled bags. If you do not have the original clear bag, we cannot accept the item. All returns should be labelled as a return, if not all duties will deducted from your refund. Any items purchased on sale or during seasonal sales are final. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We use a high quality manufacturer, but in the event our garment has a flaw, you may discuss a full refund with us. Refunds are dealt with on a case to case basis and are up to the discretion of our management. This is to prevent a customer from damaging a garment to try to receive a refund. If the error is our fault, we will refund your purchase price and cover the shipping of returning the garment.


We accept only exchanges (for new style or new size) or exchange for store credit (with no expiry date). Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original clear plastic labelled bags or we cannot accept them.  We do not cover shipping costs for returning items. We encourage all customers to seek our advice on sizing and fit if you are not sure, to avoid any unnecessary returns and to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If the item is returned with slight damage (dirt/pet hair) we will need to charge a restocking fee $20USD, and harsher damage cannot be accepted. We no not exchange or credit sale items or during seasonal sales.
