Vintage 80s 90s Victorian Revival Black Velvet Circle Skirt

This is a stunning Victorian Revival piece from Eleganza Via Venti, dating from the late 1980s to early 1990s. This heavy-weight black velvet skirt features a structured waist and a beautiful ruffled trim. It is designed with a built-in lace underskirt that provides extra movement.

For those looking for a more dramatic silhouette, this skirt can be perfectly styled with a petticoat underneath for added volume.

Condition Note:

The skirt is in great condition aside from indentations on the waistband. Because this is vintage the marks were caused by being stored on a pant hanger. These can be easily disguised when worn with a belt. The item has been sold at a reduced price to reflect this.
